The engagement
1. Discovery
We start with a conversation about where you are and where you want to go. What is the company trying to do? What does the operational layer look like today? Where are the bottlenecks, the fragile handoffs, the things that require too much supervision?
This is not an audit. It is a structured conversation to understand the real situation, not just the surface symptoms.
2. Architecture design
Based on what we learn, we design the digital core: the workflows that need to exist, the integrations that need to be explicit, the places where AI adds genuine value, and the sequence in which to build it.
The architecture is practical, not theoretical. It is designed to be built incrementally so value arrives early and the risk of large rewrites is low.
3. Build
We build on the Liteed platform. That means the infrastructure is already there: event-driven workflows, integrations, secrets management, observability, and AI components. We are not starting from scratch on every engagement, which means you are not paying for infrastructure that already exists.
Delivery is iterative. Working systems ship quickly. Each piece builds on the last rather than arriving all at once at the end.
4. Operate and evolve
After the initial build, the relationship continues. The digital core needs to evolve as the company evolves. New workflows get added. Integrations change. The team's understanding of what is possible grows.
We stay close enough to make that evolution intentional rather than accidental.
