Build your first real thing

This page is for early-stage founders who have something real to build and are not yet at the budget level of a full engagement. It is a separate, smaller track designed around what the Liteed platform can deliver quickly.

Who this is for

You are building something. You know what the core of it needs to do. You do not have a technical co-founder and you cannot afford a development agency. You are serious enough to put real money into it, but you need to see something working before you can raise or sell.

This track is not for people who want to explore an idea. It is for people who have already explored it and need to build it.

What you get

A fixed, time-boxed build. One core workflow or product feature, delivered on the Liteed platform. Something you can put in front of users or investors.

The platform provides the infrastructure that would otherwise take months to build: workflow execution, integrations, data handling, and if relevant, AI components. That is what makes a short build realistic rather than a shortcut.

  • One focused build, scoped tightly before we start
  • Delivered on production-grade infrastructure
  • Full observability from day one
  • Everything built and paid for is yours: the logic, the workflows, the data, and any custom components. The platform it runs on is built for growth and licensed as the product scales.

What this is not

This is not a co-founder arrangement. It is not equity for work. It is not a reduced version of the full engagement with corners cut. It is not ongoing support or a retainer.

It is a paid, scoped, time-limited build. We agree on exactly what gets built and what it costs before anything starts.

Cost

This is a paid engagement. The fee depends on scope and is agreed before anything starts. We discuss it on the call after reviewing your application.

Apply

There is no calendar link here. The first step is a short message so I can understand what you are building before we talk. If there is a fit, we will schedule a call and discuss scope and cost from there.

Reach out on LinkedIn and include answers to these three questions:

  1. What are you building and who is it for?
  2. What is the one core thing that needs to exist for it to be useful?
  3. Have you launched or sold anything related to this yet?
