1. Scope
These Terms govern end-user interactions with Liteed chatbots embedded on third-party websites. When a chatbot appears on a customer’s site (e.g., raumpro.com), the service is provided by Liteed Limited (“Liteed”). The host website’s own terms and policies may also apply.

2. AI & Accuracy
- The chatbot may generate automated content and can be inaccurate or incomplete.
- Do not rely on outputs as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Do not share sensitive data (e.g., passwords, payment details, health data).
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
4. Ownership & License
- You retain rights in your inputs; Liteed may process them to operate and improve the service.
- All service software, models, and UI are owned by Liteed or its licensors.
5. Service Changes
Features may change or be suspended. We may display a brief notice in the widget or update this page.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
- Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- Liteed is not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the maximum extent allowed by law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction.
