Liteed Limited (“Liteed”) provides chatbot functionality embedded on customer websites. This notice explains how Liteed processes data during chat interactions. Host websites may have their own privacy notices that also apply.

2. Data We Process

• Chat content and attachments you provide.
• Technical data: timestamps, approximate IP/region, browser, device, page URL/referrer.
• Operational data: session identifiers, consent status, basic analytics (non-identifying by default).

Do not share sensitive data (passwords, card numbers, health data, government IDs).

3. Purposes

• Provide and secure the chat service (routing, moderation, fraud prevention).
• Improve quality (debugging, analytics, model quality controls).
• Support requests (handling issues raised by you or the host website).

4. Legal Bases (GDPR)

• Performance of a service requested by you (responding to messages).
• Legitimate interests (security, service improvement, analytics with safeguards).
• Consent where required (e.g., optional cookies or marketing features).

5. Sharing & Processors

• Hosting, AI, and security providers under contract (sub-processors).
• The host website (controller or joint controller for its audience context).
• Legal compliance when required by law.

6. Retention

• Chat logs kept for a limited period and then anonymized or deleted (org-configurable).
• Aggregated analytics retained without identifying data.

7. Your Rights

• Access, erase, and portability (subject to verification).
• Object or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

8. International Transfers

Where data leaves your region, safeguards such as SCCs or equivalent apply with our processors.

9. Children

The service is not intended for children under 16. Do not use the chat if you are under 16.
